Ryan Sidhoo is a filmmaker working on projects from development to finish, taking a hands on approach to all stages of the production process. 

The 9 Part docu-series True North (2018), following the rise of Toronto's basketball scene,  is Ryan's most recent work that he created and directed for The National Film Board of Canada and Red Bull Media House.

Prior to this, he was directing and producing documentary content across various VICE platforms including Noisey, Vice Sports and VICELAND. In 2014, he created and executive produced Welcome To Fairfax, a 10 part docu-series for Participant Media.

Ryan continues to develop and produce his own documentary content while offering his skill-set to  a range of projects for companies that have included Pulse Films,  Blowback Productions, NBCUniversal, Cinereach and MTV.

Ryan earned his Masters in Media Studies with a focus in documentary production from The New School in 2013. In his free time, Ryan travels around the world with his camera and shares these stories with you.
